3 hours with the Hummingbird

Delivery, set up and pick up

Predetermined specialty beverage/cocktail 

Bar equipment

Drinkware, glassware up to 50 guests

Paper goods, napkins, straws

Non-alcoholic drinks, mixers, juice, soda

Garnishes

Ice

Clean up, trash removal

 

And that's not all! S'more station, Lawn games and Lawn furniture,

to name a few.

 

Don't Forget the Desserts and Nibbles We partner with local Bakeries and Catering Artisans to provide the most delectable cookies, cakes

and charcuterie.

Pick up, displayed and served through

the Hummingbird Bar.  

 

Each celebration is unique, we will tailor a quote for your special day to include a package that suits your

party vision. Available upon request. 

 

**Please note that all packages are based on 3rd party supplied or BYO alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is provided by the event planner, venue or host. (Don't sweat it we can help you determine how much you will need) We will be happy to pick up your beverage purchase and transport to event. All unused alcohol is returned to venue or host.**

 

Your event package and date is confirmed upon receiving a signed rental agreement and 50% deposit, balance due at completion of event.
